It's fast paced and I liked the ending, the ending in fact was the best part of the book.
He is far from overjoyed at the turn the family fortunes are taking. Superfudge brought the same laughs it did when I was a kid, but, reading it as a parent, I definitely found myself irritated at some points - lots of people telling one another to shut up, lots of name I introduced Aidan to chapter books and the wonderful world of Judy Blume this week.
